PRIVATE VENUE HIRE

Let Wonderworld take the stress out of hosting your next special event. Whether you're celebrating a Christening, Sports Function, School Picnic or Reward Day, Christmas Party, Disco Party, a child’s birthday—or even your own—you can hire Wonderworld exclusively for your private function!

Our team provides full café services, along with staff to handle all cleaning and rubbish removal once the celebration is over. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or simply leave it to us and we’ll take care of everything.

Please note: For events with more than 100 guests (including children and adults), a surcharge of $15 per additional person applies. A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required to secure your booking. Payment of the deposit confirms your reservation and acknowledges that you have read, understood, and agreed to Wonderworld’s Terms and Conditions.

PRICING

Monday – Thursday 3 hrs $1500

Friday – Sunday 3hrs $2000

 

Time extensions are charged at $250 for up to 30 mins or $450 per hour. Surcharges apply on public holidays

INCLUSIONS

  •  Use of a single door fridge for your food and beverages

  • Tables and chairs

  • Audio and visual services available

  • Use of play equipment including toddler area for age appropriate children

  • Café service of our beverages (per our menu prices)

  • Keep your food warm in our oven

  • Cooking of food at an additional fee (see our platters menu)

  • Clean up and dispose of your rubbish (conditions apply)

  • Storage of your beverages during the week of your party

  • 30 mins set up time prior to start of your party FREE of charge at managements discretion
